These plates help make the presentation of the food more gormet. I think they're stylish but one of the plates did chip in the sink as I was washing it, after only using it the once I am disappointed as they aren't cheap.

I will use this dinner set for impressive family dinners parties only. The weight of the plates are too heavy for daily use and I would say your guests will think you have taken them out for them and feel special.
Would have received 5 stars but the large plate cannot rotate in microwave, unless you have a very large microwave then it will not be a problem
