This iPad delivers a faster speed and graphics performance due to the speedier A6X processsor. The Retina Display handles graphics to a very acceptable quality and crispness, the colour accuracy is amazing and photos and movies look superb and is really impressive for a 9.7 screen. It has to be one of the best tablets of this size around. Text is crystal clear and a pleasure to read.
For anyone new to tablets, this entry level 16Gb iPad is a value for money purchase. Useful basic apps are included and the iPad works straight out of its box. There are thousands of apps out there, so shop around and make certain the apps you choose will do the job you really want them to do before you buy.
In everyday use my iPad's battery is lasting up to the ten hours advertised by Apple, although I have yet to have it running continually and I have not overloaded with with apps. Not too heavy, this iPad has a nice hefty feel and is easy to use. I use it mainly to take notes, as a diary and views photographs as albums or via my projector. All in all I would, and do recommend it to friends.

Never had an ipad before easy to use. It has geat apps such as photo booth and many games available for it, at low prices. Camera not so great at the front of ipad
