I've been running in these a few times now and although I'm new to running these shoes have made the transition easy.
I've been using them with the Adidas micoach attached to sync data about my runs & the whole thing is exactly what a geek like me needs to get out & run!
Glad I didn't go for a cheaper shoe after getting these. Coincidentally they're exactly the same as what I friend of mine has who runs a lot!

My favourite expression in life "buy cheap buy twice", yes slightly expensive but worth every penny.
Have had a lot of problems with my knees lately while running on roads. Bought these trainers to try and help with the beating my ankles and knees take while running. With the support and shock absorbance these trainers give, my legs feel as new again.
Makes running more enjoyable again.

Buy cheap buy twice is a favourite saying of mine, yes slightly expensive for a pair of trainers but well worth it.
I have had these for nearly a week and have used them for 3 runs already, my knees are holding out and my legs feel a million times better once finished, so definitely worth the money.

Clothing
Shirts - Your forefinger should be able to fit in between your collar and your neck when the shirt is buttoned to the top. If not, the collar's too tight.
Ties - Your tie point should always hang just above your belt buckle. The size (or fatness) of the tie knot should always be in proportion to the width of your collar. The wider your collar, the bigger the knot.
Trousers - Getting trousers to fit is easy. Try them first without your shoes; they should brush the floor. Then with shoes on, the back of your trousers should barely touch the ground (a good rule of thumb is that the trousers should break (crumple) about a third of the way down the shoe) Socks shouldn't show when you walk
Jeans - There are three basic styles of jeans we sell: regular, relaxed and loose.
Regular fit is as the name implies; traditional fitting.
Relaxed fit features more room in the seat.
Loose (baggiest) fit includes even more fabric in the seat and thigh.
Leg styles include straight parallel and bootcut. The straight leg is narrower than the parallel, which is cut looser from the thigh. The bootcut falls over your shoe.
