We brought 2 of these for our teenaged daughters, it only took me 45 mins to fully assemble both beds. Intructions very easy to follow if you need them. Both our daughters have back pain from time to time and love there comfort, they have slept on these beds now for around a week and have said they are the best beds they have slept on for a long time. So for the price and the comfort I would recommened these beds everytime if you don't want to pay the price of the high street for the same quality.
