Completely love this hairdyer! I makes my highlited hair very light and bouncy with no frizz and drys in extra fast time.. its good that you dont have to hold the cool button down (like other hairdyers) its a switch, which i think makes the cool setting a bit easier to use. Tho its a little more than i normally pay for a dyer, im pleased i did! Something that i thought of as a chore, is now pleasure. Thanks Babyliss :)

I cant really comment on how good this item maybe as I plugged it in, it made a high pitched screaching noise and smoke poured out the front and back of dryer with a bad burning smell!

Please be aware. luckily i thought to test the hairdryer, when it arrived, it started to make a wierd noise,i was just about to switch it off, then smoke started coming out of both ends, then flames out of the back. my smoke alarms start going off,and i'm trying to reach under the table to unplug it.the whole time its in my hands as to not set the flooring alight. i then rush to the front door and throw it outside as not knowing what else to do. result is burnt hands, nails and a house that smells of burnt plastic. thankfully i wasn't drying my little girls or my hair at the time and thought to test it.
