I have taken these for 2 months, and not as many as recommended on bottle but I have still lost weight. Not loads but it has made me more energetic and craving junk less. I am quite happy with the results so far, so will order more. (not a miracle but helped me had about 7lbs with little effort).

I can't say that this is the miracle cure we've all been hoping for but,I have been using these for a week and (although I have not weighed myself) I definitely feel slimmer.I suffer quite a lot from a 'bloated' feeling and these pills have really helped. I am not greatly overweight but was just feeling much more 'wobbly' than usual after the excesses of the festive season and this seems to do the trick! I am finding I have more energy than usual too.
