looks so proffesonal, the lift off spot cleaner fab idea, take it out to clean the car,brilliant,looks so modern,bit heavy but to be expected big machine but once you put handle down for use no problem with weight moves about effortlessy, i only did a trial with it 3 sweeps the width of the machine try, what what a difference in the carpet i didnt do, so much dirt came up and the carpet looked clean, cant wait to do the whole carpet, but have to buy shampoo first,you only get a tiny bottle, there maybe should be a larger bottle included, as its a high price machine so you dont have to go and spend £16 for a bottle of shampoo, all in all good cleaner

I am really impressed with this bissell!
As a mother of four adorable, but destructive children and a home with mainly cream carpets. This really does work. I have removed 95% of the marks and stains.
It has been great in my MPV too. The carpet in the car looks like new!
The removable unit is heavy. But I am not bothered as it works so well, especially on the stairs .
