I am a busy Mum of 2 so wear flat shoes all the time these days! As soon as I put these on they felt so comfy. I have worn them a few days now & they feel like slippers. I am a size 4 & bought a size 4 in these. Really lovely, wasn't sure if the bow on the front would be a bit too girly for me, but love them they are really pretty & comfy - a great buy!!!
Even got caught in the rain this morning & my feet hardly got wet.
Worth paying a bit more you can tell they are good quality.
Overall a great buy.

I ordered these shoes in my size (6) having decided to take a chance after reading some reviewers said they were too big. I did find them big and they gaped at the sides as I walked so I ordered them in a 5. Obviously they are smaller but I have decided to keep the 5 as I would be a bit worried that the 6 would become looser with wear being already a bit big. Hopefully the 5 will loosen a little with wear. I think they are a nice looking shoe which I will wear with skirts. Smart for the office. I think I would say if you are considering sending for them to try 2 sizes.

Clothing
The diagram below shows the key points to measure when calculating size, then simply select the correct size from the chart above. It's best to actually take body measurements rather than measuring over clothes. You shouldn't need to 'size up' or 'down' unless you have a particular fit preference of course.

1. The Back or Band Size (A)
Keep your bra on and measure in inches around your ribcage directly under your bust.
- If it is an even number = add 4 ins
- If it is an odd number = add 5 ins
This gives you the band or back size. When measuring, you should always round down! Your underband should be snug, e.g. If you achieve 29.5 ins then round down.
For example: your underband measurement is 29in then add 5 ins - you are a 34.
2. The Cup Size (B)
Now measure around the fullest part of your bust, the full bust measurement less underband = cup size. When measuring, you should always round up!
The over bust measurement should always be generous, e.g. If you achieve 34.5 ins then round up to 35 ins.
- 34 Back size & 34 Full Bust size = A cup
- 34 Back size & 35 Full Bust size (+1 ins difference) = B cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+2 ins difference) = C cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+3 ins difference) = D cup... etc.
Footwear
width - toes should have room to spread with no bulges at the shoe’s widest part.
length - there should be half an inch (1.25cm) between the end of the shoe and the longest toe.

High leg boots that do not have any stretch material in them will not fit everyone. To find out whether boots will fit, use the calf measurement chart below.
In order to get the most precise measurement it’s best to get someone to measure for you.
