I have been trying to get into a keep fit regime for a wee while. I already have one of these machines (a cheaper quality) which squeaks and squeals every time the pedals are depressed. Since I purchased this item, both my daughter and I are using it regular. Already feeling the difference. Best thing I've bought for a while!
