it was very easy to set up,The instruction book has lots of workouts for all parts of the boby also a how to use dvd.
my husband and i both use it and it suits both our needs. does fold for storage (just i would like it to be very compact).

As well as putting weight limit guides on this machine they should put height guides too as if you're over 5' 8" you cant use it comfortably, cant get a full pull back on it and i wouldnt say its foldable at all - part of it lifts up but not foldable.
