This product is very awarkard to use way to bulky limited to exercises. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this product as it could be quite dangerous as hands get slippy while working out and you need a grip on kettlebells

I'd seen a lot of hype about kettlebells for toning up and getting fit, so I decided to invest in one for myself. I'm not a gym bunny, but I do try to keep fit and I was really excited about trying something different. I googled the best starting weight for women and the general result was 8kg, so this one being 7.5kg was the closest.
It's far too heavy for me! It's manageable for some moves, but a lot of the exercises require lifting it with one hand and that's just impossible. Also, it's very big. I've noticed in some of the dvds, the kettlebells they use are a lot more compact even though they are the same weight.
Good product overall though, I can really feel myself getting a good workout when I use it, but I may have to invest in a lighter one to allow myself to use it more!
