Improve muscle strength and flexibility with the Dynamix YM-1500D1-C power trainer.

If used correctly, a power exerciser provides a major time saving compared to normal workouts, allowing you to reach your goals quicker.

The built-in computer offers 3 pre-set programmes and a manual setting that are great for building fitness, helping flexibility, circulation, hormone secretion, metabolic rate and muscle development.

Vibration training is long established among top athletes and NASA astronauts as an effective and efficient in achieving muscular development and flexibility.

The power trainer can also be used to help with aches and pains - invigorating and rehabilitating damaged ligaments, muscles and tendons - or as an effective warm-down after intensive exercise. The on-board computer measures speed and time.

The Dynamix YM-1500D1-C power trainer has transport wheels for easy storage and sturdy tubular steel construction ensures many years of use.

          I use this as a work out but I also use it as a relaxation tool. After working a 12.5 shift, leg's, back, and feet hurt a lot. But even just 5 minutes on this really helps relax me. It has wheels so its easy to move and it's small enough to tuck out the way somewhere. My youngest and his friends like to have a go on it also :). Not really anything bad I can say about it, it does what it says on the tin!!!
