I have been breast feeding for three months and had come to the conclusion that nursing bras are practical without really offering support in fact the only reason I purchased a new bra was because my partner managed to dye my white bras whilst doing the washing. I am so pleased he did! Whilst this bra is on the expensive side it is without a doubt worth it. This bra has under wires which means it offers support and my breast feel like they are where they should be for the first time in months. I am even considering buying another in the black. This is without a doubt the best nursing bra I have seen or tried on, I would def recommend.

[...] dissapointin item it was extreemly uncomfortable. The cups were too big and were a strange shape offering little or no support. The band was too tight. Not making breastfeeding any easier as the clips are stiff. Have gone back to usin normal bras as this was so dissapointing!

Clothing
The diagram below shows the key points to measure when calculating size, then simply select the correct size from the chart above. It's best to actually take body measurements rather than measuring over clothes. You shouldn't need to 'size up' or 'down' unless you have a particular fit preference of course.

1. The Back or Band Size (A)
Keep your bra on and measure in inches around your ribcage directly under your bust.
- If it is an even number = add 4 ins
- If it is an odd number = add 5 ins
This gives you the band or back size. When measuring, you should always round down! Your underband should be snug, e.g. If you achieve 29.5 ins then round down.
For example: your underband measurement is 29in then add 5 ins - you are a 34.
2. The Cup Size (B)
Now measure around the fullest part of your bust, the full bust measurement less underband = cup size. When measuring, you should always round up!
The over bust measurement should always be generous, e.g. If you achieve 34.5 ins then round up to 35 ins.
- 34 Back size & 34 Full Bust size = A cup
- 34 Back size & 35 Full Bust size (+1 ins difference) = B cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+2 ins difference) = C cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+3 ins difference) = D cup... etc.
Footwear
width - toes should have room to spread with no bulges at the shoe’s widest part.
length - there should be half an inch (1.25cm) between the end of the shoe and the longest toe.

High leg boots that do not have any stretch material in them will not fit everyone. To find out whether boots will fit, use the calf measurement chart below.
