Everyone who has seen these lamps in my home has comment on them they give a very warm glow but don't make the room red as you would expect with a red shade. The shade has a velvet feel which makes the lamps look more expensive than they actually are :) My 14 year old son even tried to pinch one for his bedroom.. Unlucky lol.
The lamps have a long cord they show minimal dust and the switch is well away from the bulb unlike some lamps i have purchased before & they can be a little hot on the hands if using beside bed at night :/ My lamps are in my living room.
The lamps are easy clean and bigger than they look in the picture they really do have the wow factor and brighten up dark corners which is why i bought them and i have one on my Francesca lamp table and one on my Francesca sideboard which are another one of my buys from very. Both items go well together and will brighten up any room. The lamps are also easy clean... Not the usual lamp i would normally go for but very pleased with purchase :)
