Got this camera for my hobby,excellent camera for what I use it for,landscapes mostly.Rechargable batteries needed though.

Shutter speed isn't good on this camera in our opinion, but we down graded from a Canon EOS 450D DSLR! This is much better than my little snappy camera however.
It's compact compared to a DSLR so much easier and lighter to carry around. Easy to use, some very good features, nice fit in a smaller hand too.
A second down side to this camera is it uses AA batteries. You can get the high powered rechargeable ones for it which help a bit more.
Some lovely photos taken with this camera though!

Great camera, takes lovely clear pictures and the features are fairly easy to use. Only small con is it's pretty weighty in comparison to compact cameras but that's to be expected.
