its a good little machine does what it says as long as you have a diet with it.
the bad thing is that the knee cups dont stay properly and it hurts your knees after a while.
also would be fine if it was brand new and not been used before as it looked like someone sent it back.

Brought this ages ago when it first came out and had it for about a month and used everyday for 15mins. It did nothing no aches no pains didnt feel anything working it was uncomfortable to use and it made alot of noise. couldnt bare the noise after awhile it was like nails and a black board. not very good at all :( waste of money
