i love this dress as it is very flattering and because of the detail in the back feels quite young and stylish. however i would advise ordering a size up. [...].i am wearing it to a summer wedding with silver sparkly/jewelled sandals.the split in the back is a perfect length not sowing my bra strap. only downfall is the fabric is a bit cheap and scratchy but only to touch not to look at.

This is a great dress, the fabric hangs well and it hugs in all the right places but is impossible to put on alone! The back of the dress has lots of tiny buttons fastened with elastic loops which are very difficult to even open before you put the dress on and even more so once you are wearing it. However it is very flattering so as long as you have someone to fasten the buttons for you (or unfasten them!) then I'd say go for it.

This dress was not what I expected. The pattern on the arms was a little dull, I expected a bit of sparkle and the material had no give in it at all, and the material felt slightly rough. Not what I thought would be of a HW dress.

Clothing
The diagram below shows the key points to measure when calculating size, then simply select the correct size from the chart above. It's best to actually take body measurements rather than measuring over clothes. You shouldn't need to 'size up' or 'down' unless you have a particular fit preference of course.

1. The Back or Band Size (A)
Keep your bra on and measure in inches around your ribcage directly under your bust.
- If it is an even number = add 4 ins
- If it is an odd number = add 5 ins
This gives you the band or back size. When measuring, you should always round down! Your underband should be snug, e.g. If you achieve 29.5 ins then round down.
For example: your underband measurement is 29in then add 5 ins - you are a 34.
2. The Cup Size (B)
Now measure around the fullest part of your bust, the full bust measurement less underband = cup size. When measuring, you should always round up!
The over bust measurement should always be generous, e.g. If you achieve 34.5 ins then round up to 35 ins.
- 34 Back size & 34 Full Bust size = A cup
- 34 Back size & 35 Full Bust size (+1 ins difference) = B cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+2 ins difference) = C cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+3 ins difference) = D cup... etc.
Footwear
width - toes should have room to spread with no bulges at the shoe’s widest part.
length - there should be half an inch (1.25cm) between the end of the shoe and the longest toe.

High leg boots that do not have any stretch material in them will not fit everyone. To find out whether boots will fit, use the calf measurement chart below.
In order to get the most precise measurement it’s best to get someone to measure for you.
