Over the years I have used many different methods for cooking bread...as far as bread machines go most have let me down this however has not it makes a great loaf and comes with loads of recipes and also takes packet mixes. the bread is light and fluffy and tastes divine. well made easy to clean the only down side is its size its on the larger side after saying that it makes a good size loaf smaller machines don't. I would recommend this to anyone even beginners to bread making.
