The instructions were not clear, twice we had to take apart and rebuild, if it was clear it would have been very quick to build and easy! It didn't square up right so doesn't fit into the corner where it was meant for and the ladder is a little wobbly. It's ok and if you get a square one I'm sure it would be great!

Got this bed for my 14 year old son and he's in love! It's brilliant even the cheeper mattress is very comfy acording to my boy. The bed is high enough for him to put his desk under and a chest of draws, is ideal if, like him you have two sharing a bedroom and it even make the room seam larger because of the extra floor space. We've had bunk beds before but the boys hated that, they both agree this is better.
I think that kids younger than about 10 years old may have a problem using this bed but older than that, then if my son is anything to go on they will love it too.
The only down side really is that it's a little wobbly but we found that if you re-tighten the bolts/allen keys after the first 24 hours the wobblewas reduced a lot. And so far haven't had to re-tighten again so far.

this bed is very disappointing i would send it back if i could! its very wobbly so much so my 8 year old son wont sleep in it and the ladder is very dangerous

It took a little longer than the suggested one and half hours and we had a little trouble as got two poles in wrong place initially should be numbered one -four not just 1+2. but other wise very easy. Given my sons bedroom a lot more room.
