Lacoste Ampthill Mens Mid Boots
The Lacoste Ampthill boot comes in a chic, laidback, mid high silhouette with a characteristic, uncomplicated feel.
Available in a choice of two colourways, these boots are crafted with a textile design upper that’s simplistic yet elegant. A front lace fastening with eyelets is accompanied by signature branding, with lettering to the tongue and heel and an embroidered crocodile to the side. Together with a contrasting heel panel and white outsole, it’s an everyday wardrobe essential for the season and beyond.
Lacoste was named after its founder, tennis player René Lacoste, who formed a company in 1933 to produce tennis, golf and sailing shirts. The famous crocodile logo celebrates Mr Lacoste’s on-court nickname “The Crocodile”. The company’s first short-sleeved shirts revolutionised sportswear, and it’s has gone on to become one of the world’s most recognisable brands, and an icon of the “preppy” look.
The Amphthill boot certainly continues the trend, and complements slim fit chinos, polo shirts and smart knitwear.

|Size on the label for Rugby Polos||XS||S||M||L||XL||XXL||XXXL|
Shirts - Your forefinger should be able to fit in between your collar and your neck when the shirt is buttoned to the top. If not, the collar's too tight.
Ties - Your tie point should always hang just above your belt buckle. The size (or fatness) of the tie knot should always be in proportion to the width of your collar. The wider your collar, the bigger the knot.
Trousers - Getting trousers to fit is easy. Try them first without your shoes; they should brush the floor. Then with shoes on, the back of your trousers should barely touch the ground (a good rule of thumb is that the trousers should break (crumple) about a third of the way down the shoe) Socks shouldn't show when you walk
Jeans - There are three basic styles of jeans we sell: regular, relaxed and loose.
Regular fit is as the name implies; traditional fitting.
Relaxed fit features more room in the seat.
Loose (baggiest) fit includes even more fabric in the seat and thigh.
Leg styles include straight parallel and bootcut. The straight leg is narrower than the parallel, which is cut looser from the thigh. The bootcut falls over your shoe.
