Great item. I use the matting with my treadmill and the noise reductionin great. Also have a few mats where I use weights and the matting is ok for dropping your weight on, though nothing too heavy as they are not as good as gym quality rubber mats (these are made from high density foam).[...] [...]

Same they are small but can always buy more and add to them.
I use these in the childrens hallway where they run and it reduces the noise to my neighbours greatly!!!
