Cant believe i was silly enought o buy this, i got it to add to starting out as a body builder and to help me bulk up, i even managed to stop smoking and guess what? i lost 4lb in weight, terrible product and i for one am disgusted

Good product for when your'e weight training, expensive on here though. Check some proper nutrition websites for the same product but at a cheaper price, plus a bigger tub to.

use this product for my weighttraining to top up my daily protein as i dont get enough through diet alone take it twice a day every day but on training days 30 mins before training to allow creatine to penitrate muscles then 15 mins after workout to recover muscles.this product is great if you follow a good weighttraining regime and diet it will not work without the above in the 8 months i have taken this product i have gone from 11stones 6lbs to 13 stones and 1lbs in muscle mass my body is more defined and muscles have defiantly grown it has helped me develop the mesomorph build that i wanted.the only thing about this product as a down side i would say is the price but if your wanting results then you will see that is what your paying for.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

good stuff as long as your prepared to go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week, you will notice the difference within 1 month, not the best tasting protein drink, the strawberry one does not taste nothing like strawberries, but its managable.
