I order this just after Christmas when it was half price at [$]. Got an absolute bargain. I was a size 18 but I order a 16 because I intend to loose weight (in fact so far i've lost 20lb's since I bought the dress :) the lace up back is great, much better than zip up because it can be adjusted to your size. When I first tried it on, it laced up well but pulled over the love handles (I knew it wouldn't be perfect obviously, it was a size small), the 2nd time I tried the dress on, 15lb loss later there was still love handles but was looking much better.. I'm still loosing, it's the thought of how I looked in the dress that's getting me on the cross trainer every day!! the material is really soft, the corsage detail is very pretty, the 2 tier - I wasn't sure about this when I ordered it, I did wonder if the bottom layer could be shortened to make it 1 tier but my mum (who took delivery of the dress for me) said it would make it far to short and I realised she was right when I saw it, however once I tried it on and looked at the 2 tiers in the mirror I realised it was very nice and made the dress look all that more elegant. My mum who is a seamstress said the dress can be very easily adjusted down to fit if it's a bit big.

The diagram below shows the key points to measure when calculating size, then simply select the correct size from the chart above. It's best to actually take body measurements rather than measuring over clothes. You shouldn't need to 'size up' or 'down' unless you have a particular fit preference of course.

1. The Back or Band Size (A)
Keep your bra on and measure in inches around your ribcage directly under your bust.
- If it is an even number = add 4 ins
- If it is an odd number = add 5 ins
This gives you the band or back size. When measuring, you should always round down! Your underband should be snug, e.g. If you achieve 29.5 ins then round down.
For example: your underband measurement is 29in then add 5 ins - you are a 34.
2. The Cup Size (B)
Now measure around the fullest part of your bust, the full bust measurement less underband = cup size. When measuring, you should always round up!
The over bust measurement should always be generous, e.g. If you achieve 34.5 ins then round up to 35 ins.
- 34 Back size & 34 Full Bust size = A cup
- 34 Back size & 35 Full Bust size (+1 ins difference) = B cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+2 ins difference) = C cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+3 ins difference) = D cup... etc.
Footwear
width - toes should have room to spread with no bulges at the shoe’s widest part.
length - there should be half an inch (1.25cm) between the end of the shoe and the longest toe.

High leg boots that do not have any stretch material in them will not fit everyone. To find out whether boots will fit, use the calf measurement chart below.
