I'm pleased I read other reviews, this shrug is very small sizing. I'm usually a 14/16 top and I've bought a size 18. Other than the small size this shrug is perfect, it's comfortable and just the right colour. I would recommend but order a size or 2 bigger than you would normally.

I'm a size 10 but ordered a size 12 to be on the safe side. I was sent a size 14 but very glad I was because it looked tiny when I took it out of the packaging but it fitted just perfectly. Colour is exactly the same as it looks on the model. Overall a beautiful, dressy bolero.

The diagram below shows the key points to measure when calculating size, then simply select the correct size from the chart above. It's best to actually take body measurements rather than measuring over clothes. You shouldn't need to 'size up' or 'down' unless you have a particular fit preference of course.

1. The Back or Band Size (A)
Keep your bra on and measure in inches around your ribcage directly under your bust.
- If it is an even number = add 4 ins
- If it is an odd number = add 5 ins
This gives you the band or back size. When measuring, you should always round down! Your underband should be snug, e.g. If you achieve 29.5 ins then round down.
For example: your underband measurement is 29in then add 5 ins - you are a 34.
2. The Cup Size (B)
Now measure around the fullest part of your bust, the full bust measurement less underband = cup size. When measuring, you should always round up!
The over bust measurement should always be generous, e.g. If you achieve 34.5 ins then round up to 35 ins.
- 34 Back size & 34 Full Bust size = A cup
- 34 Back size & 35 Full Bust size (+1 ins difference) = B cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+2 ins difference) = C cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+3 ins difference) = D cup... etc.
Footwear
width - toes should have room to spread with no bulges at the shoe’s widest part.
length - there should be half an inch (1.25cm) between the end of the shoe and the longest toe.
