Nike Free TR Fit 3 Womens Trainers – White/Pink
These Free TR Fit 3 trainers by Nike have been designed to give you barefoot-like freedom with shoe-like support. They allow your feet to move more freely, which means your muscles have to work harder for a great workout.
These shoes feature a lightweight foam package to the upper, which is denser in the areas where you need more support and less dense in areas requiring more flexibility. The upper is covered in a mesh top layer that not only allows the air to flow and keep your feet ventilated, cool and dry, but also enables you to see the unique design of the foam beneath.
Deep flex grooves along the entire length and width of the outsole ensures multidirectional movement is simple, whilst helping to deliver a more flexible and barefoot-like feel when training. A specially designed sweat-wicking mesh to the tongue acts as an added piece of ventilation to help keep your feet dry as well as reducing any lace pressure. As ever the iconic swoosh branding to the sides gives a true Nike finish.
Wear with a pair of Nike running tights, a sports bra and tank top for a sports luxe finish to your workout wardrobe.
Please note for a safer, more effective training experience, please get used to these shoes gradually.

The diagram below shows the key points to measure when calculating size, then simply select the correct size from the chart above. It's best to actually take body measurements rather than measuring over clothes. You shouldn't need to 'size up' or 'down' unless you have a particular fit preference of course.
1. The Back or Band Size (A)
Keep your bra on and measure in inches around your ribcage directly under your bust.
- If it is an even number = add 4 ins
- If it is an odd number = add 5 ins
This gives you the band or back size. When measuring, you should always round down! Your underband should be snug, e.g. If you achieve 29.5 ins then round down.
For example: your underband measurement is 29in then add 5 ins - you are a 34.
2. The Cup Size (B)
Now measure around the fullest part of your bust, the full bust measurement less underband = cup size. When measuring, you should always round up!
The over bust measurement should always be generous, e.g. If you achieve 34.5 ins then round up to 35 ins.
- 34 Back size & 34 Full Bust size = A cup
- 34 Back size & 35 Full Bust size (+1 ins difference) = B cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+2 ins difference) = C cup
- 34 Back size & 36 Full Bust size (+3 ins difference) = D cup... etc.
width - toes should have room to spread with no bulges at the shoe’s widest part.
length - there should be half an inch (1.25cm) between the end of the shoe and the longest toe.
Ordering high leg boots
High leg boots that do not have any stretch material in them will not fit everyone. To find out whether boots will fit, use the calf measurement chart below.
In order to get the most precise measurement it’s best to get someone to measure for you.
