Being a competitive athlete as a muay thai boxer ranked 6 in the UK is not just about having a competition every now and again, it's my life.

So training is always on point, and setting targets and goals to reach in training to improve performance is a daily occurrence. Step aside from the training, I have the great pleasure of making sure those around me are getting their fitness gains too!

Another sassy and secure look is the Dutch Braids.

  1. Create a middle part, clip the left side of hair out of the way.
  2. At the top of the right side, take a piece of hair at the top, and split it into three sections for the start of your braid. Then you take the left section under the middle, and the right under the left.
  3. Continue your Dutch braid, adding in hair to each section Once all your hair is combined, keep going in a regular braid and secure with a band at the end.

This style seems a little out there, but for anyone who is funky and daring it's a super cute look to rock your workout wearing!

  1. Use a comb to part your hair evenly down the middle.
  2. Put your hair into two side ponytails which sit just above your ear and secure with a hair bobble
  3. Twist and roll your hair around the bobble, add another bobble to secure the bun if you have really long hair, then keep twisting and wrapping until all hair is in full donut.
