The TV was easy to install and setup. However, despite connecting easily to my home network via wi-fi, I have been unable to access the full range of SMART features, notably the iPlayer, which was one of the main reasons I chose this model. I called Panasonic customer services about this but they claimed that the issue was down to my router, I have a N router, so this shouldn't be the issue. "not our problem Guv".
