An excellent piece of at home fitness equipment. The instructions are a bit confusing so would recommend viewing clips on YouTube when you are initially setting it up. The treadmill is quite heavy so make sure you have plenty of room to manoeuvre and hold your posture correctly, otherwise you could do yourself some damage. Overall myself and all the family have regularly used this treadmill and would recommend it highly. It is simple yet effective. Shame there isn't a water bottle holder but sure there'll be some weird and wonderful accessory to pick up out there!

It's a simple design however we could not get the treadmill to stand up for ages! The plastic looks cheap and does not look as though it's worth [$].Also when running on the machine, the screen wobbles and if u have an ipod in the dock, it looks as though it will fall off.
