These straighteners are really good for the price, you don't really need to splash out GHDs or anything, these are equally good. My hair type is a little less than afro, but is still very frizzy, and usually any moisture at all will basically destroy any straightness in my hair but in the heavy snow last night I didn't get any frizz.
