well... after reading people reviews which more less said same thing faults that dont point to top box which there problems are poor dish aliment and lock up all boxs does that anyway quick fix turn the power off and pull plug out wait few minutes. picture freezing which also all top boxs including sky hd does to all the above.I went a head and ordered anyway....First impressions setup quick easy to follow insturctions found all channels. picture quality excellent some channels are better than others because there not in full hd unlike sky 720p which not full hd yes folks it true lol but.. this is 1080i it did freeze turned off common fault with all makes top boxes turned off then wait few minutes turn on decided to record 2 channels at same time while watching another very impressive it recorded both excellent picture quality nice folder option handy if the wife like to record her stuff and can make another folder record mine emm.. bbci player not bad my internet is rubbish anyways but manage to play a film stream well (please note some internet slow down freezers etc not fault of box)updating the box i notice didnt update thats because version is out of date so i when online looked there website up found the update transfer it to usb pen drive plug it into the front followed the instructions it updated no more locks ups which it didnt do much anyway unlike two sky boxs i had [*] any one could buy this was upgrade to hd freesat box which still works fine but doesnt record im am happy with this box does everything it says im very impress.
