I bought this for my husband as he has not had a smart phone before. It's easy to navigate and he finds it simpe to use. The graphics aren't as sharp as better models, and the keys are a bit fiddly when texting. It's smaller than I was expecting but does what it says on the tin! The only real downside is we can't download some of that apps that we would like as they are not compatible with the phone which was a bit disappointing. To be honest, I wish I'd have spent a bit more and got a better spec phone.

Great starter smartphone. Only downside to it is the software of the phone can`t handle high def or certain graphics, but you get what you pay for. Used to be a Sony fanatic but samsung have won me over big style!
