I have had quite a few laptops and none have really quite done the job, being hard to set up or with an uncomfortable keyboard (important for me as a writer) or flaky performance or strange design quirks. In the case of my previous laptop, make that all of the above! My son recently had his laptop stolen and needed an emergency replacement and while buying it I decided to treat myself as well - I am so glad I did.

After putting up with the laptop from hell for 5 long years it finally died. I replaced it with this one and its a dream. I use it for personal use such as downloading and listening to music, watching internet tv, typing and prnting documents, internet browsing, storing pics etc (all the usual stuff) and I can't fault it on those usage requirments. It does what I need it to with ;ittle fuss and has good storage space.
I absolutely love the Samsung 'Remote Support' feature that came installed on this laptop. When I first set up the laptop I needed a little help. I clicked on the remote support icon and had instant online assistance from an IT technician who was able to take control of system from his/her desk and resolve my issues within minutes. All laptops/PCs/tablets/smartphones etc should have this feature.
My only complaint is that occasionally it will run slow on silly things like opening a folder. But it is only occasional and most of the time it handles everything at good speeds.
