love this camera,its heavy-but that is not a bad thing,its well made,and should last.i got this out of the box on a tues,and was taking shots at a friends wedding on sat,i even used the video mode,and all ive had back is fantastic response to the pics that i took,the bride has not long had her photos back from the pro-guy who did her day,and she actually prefers my pics...that is as good a recommendation as i could give to this camera..10/10

Reading other peoples reviews here i thought i would be getting a camera heavier than a brick ! Well all i can say is they must have had featherlight cameras before they bought this one, there's nothing to be concerned about in this matter. As my previous camera was a Samsung, the controls are familiar and easy to navigate, but to get the best from this camera i would still suggest going through the user guide as it packs in a lot features. All in all a good buy.
