Schott is the ultimate label for seriously cool outerwear. First selling raincoats on the streets of New York City in 1913 with his brother Jack, Irving Schott quickly moved on to design the first leather motorcycle jacket, and later to create the iconic bomber jacket for the US Air Force during World War II. When Marlon Brando revived the profile of Schotts Perfecto leather jacket in the movie The Wild Ones in 1954, it became a symbol of rebellion and was banned by many American schools. This only added to the jackets appeal and James Dean, The Ramones and The Sex Pistols were all to favour its distinctive look in the years to come. Our Schott brand store features designs for outdoor and casualwear that reflect the American rebel that remains at the heart of the labels spirit.
