Absolute nightmare. Ordered Monday, they arrived tues with mould on them and smelling fusty. Called to arrange collection as they are in large heavy boxes, told they were scheduled to collect on weds, but weds came and no show of collection. Called again, the collection was rescheduled to Thursday, but again no show. Very angry at this point as had to reschedule work so I could be in for the collection. Called again and was yet again rescheduled for collection Friday, collection man turned up in a car not a van like they were delivered in and refused to collect as they wouldn't fit in his car! Called again extremely angry & spoke to a manager who assured me they would be collected Saturday, and couldn't believe there was no show again. It is an absolute joke, stuck with the bulky mouldy items until they collect
