Pigmentation is a stubborn condition that requires regular, tenacious care. Since the primary, ongoing cause of pigmentation is the overproduction of melanin in the mealnocytes, which are at the deepest layer of the epidermis, a course of at least 6-12 weeks is essential. As skin renews itself approximately every 28 days, it may take several 'cycles' for new cells to appear.
Of course, any treatment aimed at pigmentation is rendered useless unless a HIGH SPF is used, even on cloudy days. This is essential whether pigmentation due to UV exposure, or other factors such as hormonal or medical changes.

Felt it was working, as face got quite warm after applying, have a lot of dark pigmantation on cheeks, still noticable, after buying 2 pots, didn't learn first time round, I have olive skin, perhaps need something stronger,ie;'laser'.
