I use it every day.& notice a big difference.as when I 1st got it. It barely went round my waist.& there's no frills or lies. It does work.Beleive me I was the biggest sceptic ever. I thought o here we go again. Another money spinning scam. But I have been proved wrong.It truly does work. The sticky pads at 1st really got to me. But now its just another normal days task.
