it worked brilliantly for first 3 months then all of a sudden it refused to turn on. I would recommend this product if it hadn't of broke after 3 months but it does its job brilliantly.

I would highly recommend this iron as it was cheap and highly durable. I use the mainly for sealing acrilic designs on to denim. As an artist I'm always looking for something that will finish my product to a high standard without compromising the final finish. I had no problem getting used to this iron as it was so simple to use and easy to maintain. This is definatly a thumbs up from me

Ironing has to be one of the most tedious of household chores and so it deserves to be given very special treatment. I ordered this iron after ten years of good service from a much cheaper model. I did not need a new iron but I needed something to make ironing more interesting. From the time I took this appliance out of the box I knew it was something very special. The quality of the workmanship, the overall look of the product, the way it feels in the hand, it was a delight. It is a larger iron than I have been used to but that has added no additional weight and the bigger footprint means that a larger surface area can be ironed, hence speeding up the process. The controls are easy to handle, great attention has been paid to small details, including a cover for the fill opening which prevents accidental spillage. It looks good, it feels good in the hand, but how does it actually perform? The element heats very quickly, the shot of steam and shot of spray is accurate, and the steam ironing process is handled without huge clouds of hot steam. It is just perfect and exactly what an iron should be. Thoroughly recommended. Everyone deserves a touch of luxury and this simple but highly effective appliance fully fits the bill. Go on, spoil yourself, you deserve an iron of this quality.
