I love the Fresh Express!! As i have arthritis in my hands, i struggle with grating things and this gadget has already proved itself invaluable. It's easy to use, easy to change the cones and easy to take apart to clean.
I also bought it in the sale, so it was a bargain too..haven't seen it as cheap anywhere else!

I use it for slicing and dicing.IT=t is very easy to use and easy to clean and compact for storage ie: everything stored on board so you can't lose any of the components.
