Bought two of these bikes one for me and one for my mum, neither of us had rode for years but wanted to start again to help with fitness.
Didn't want to spend a bomb on them, we wasnt planning on becoming professional off road mountain bikers :) this one does the job for what we wanted to do which was just go for the occasional bike ride!! really easy put together did it myself within half hr, brakes didnt need ajusting just had to fit the front wheel,seat and handlebars. Only down side is the seat is so hard i dont think you could ride to far on it but was easily sorted with a new gel saddle or a cover!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
