    the worst fitness equipment i have ever seen in my intire life [...]1. hard to understand2. missing parts3. you dont know which part is going where, as i spend almost all day but things are seems to be missing.i will soon return it back but there is no option showing for this item.

        [...] Took a couple of hours to set up was quite simple to follow the instructions provided. The gym is easy to use and there are a good range of movements you can do. The bench can be roved to use the lower pulley for other excersises. One problem I found if that on lay pull down the bar came to the top of my shoulders when the weight at the back was fully lifted means you can't work your tricep properly. Overall is a good gym for a beginner starting to work out
