Fantastic cleaner. Easy to control the amount of water needed to produce the steam. Extra long cord, so no need to keep unplugging as you move from room to room. super fast warm up, ready to use almost immediately after plugging in. Brings up my wooden floor stunning. Only downside, it only comes with one pad

Great mop, easy to use, does all my floors quickly, I have pets and kids so it makes the job a lot easier, wish I had bought one a lot sooner, could not live without it now, bye bye to the old bucket and mop
