Hello. I bought this from very.co.uk
I am a really satisfied customer of Shop Direct Group. I have a couple a accounts with them. I would rather shop here than with any department store. This appliance is utterly awful. I purchased it on offer and it leaves the carpet still dirty but soaking wet. I know how to use carpet washers - this one works the same way as any other. Except,roughly half the water you put into the carpet is collected back by the "powerful suction" - when I spoke to Vax, and I asked why - they told me the other half of the water was in my carpet. That is not the way any other brand of washer works. Most water is taken back. I can't comment on any other Vax product - but please Shop Direct, stop selling this model and to anyone else reading, please do not buy this. You will end up having to replace your carpet as they will be rotten and smell damp.
The worst purchase I have ever made and am shocked it is still being sold to be honest. I wish I had sent it back under the home approval offer.
Hope this is okay to be published. I am being totally honest in my experience of owning this. It sits in my laundry room like a lump. Cannot use it for the reasons above and a waste of my hard earned money.

I have cream colour carpets in whole house and there's always people in and out, it gets dirty very quickly so it's very handy to have this smart carpert washer ready, cleans and refreshes carpets perfectly and in no time, it's a good trusted brand, I'm very happy with this product
