Men can choose from Urban Cleanse facial, Swedish full body massage or Lava shell full body massage. Spend the rest of your time taking advantage of the fitness and leisure facilities available to you or simply take the opportunity to just relax. When you purchase a spa day experience, a gift pack is sent to you or directly to the recipient. I bought this as a gift for my Mum last year and went with her. Had a fabulous time, spent all day in the sauna, steam room and pool. The treatment was fantastic. The only downside was that no lunch or refreshments were included. This is the only thing that could have made the day better!
