  1. Do I need to do anything to keep receiving catalogues?


    No, your new Littlewoods catalogue will automatically be sent out to you. If it doesn't arrive you can get a replacement catalogue by calling 0844 822 8000 or visiting www.littlewoods.com

  2. Will I still get a catalogue for each account?


    You will get a catalogue for every account you have placed an order on in the last 6 months.

  3. Will I still be able to Buy Now and Pay Later?


    Yes all of our Buy Now Pay Later deals will still be available.

  4. Will I still be able to spread the cost of purchases?


    Yes, with your Littlewoods account you will still be able to pay the way that suits you best.

  5. Will my account details change?


    Don't worry, your account number, credit limit and payment terms will stay exactly the same as before and you will still get a statement for your account.

  6. What about my Rewards?


    There are no changes to your Rewards scheme. You can continue to earn Rewards on credit account payments over £20. For more details visit www.littlewoods.com/rewards

  7. Do I need to change my banking details?


    Yes, if you pay by standing order you will need to change your details to:

  8. What if I have more than one account with Littlewoods?


    Don’t worry, all your account details will stay exactly the same as they were before, and you can still shop with all your existing accounts using the same account numbers. Your credit limits and payment terms will stay exactly the same for each account.

  9. How will I be able to keep track of my different accounts online?


    We recommend that you log in to your account using your account number (rather than email address) so that it is easier to remember which account you are shopping with. If you currently use the same password on more than one account we also recommend changing to use different passwords so that it is easier for you to keep track.
