We offer flexible delivery options for most in-stock fashion, soft furnishing and small household items. Choose from:

- • Next Day Delivery – order by 9pm (order by 4pm on Sunday)
- • Choose the delivery day – order up to 8 days in advance
- • Saturday delivery – order before 9pm Friday
- • Choose morning delivery (7am – 12 noon) – order by 9pm
- and we’ll deliver items for just £4.95
Next Day Delivery is not available on certain items during Sale periods. To avoid disappointment please check delivery information for each individual product at the point of purchase.
What qualifies for free delivery?You enjoy FREE delivery on most fashion, textiles and small household items anywhere in the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
How will I know if my chosen product is not eligible for free delivery?
If your product is not eligible for free delivery, this will be displayed within the delivery options on the product page.
How long will my delivery take?Most in-stock fashion, textiles and small household items are delivered free within 48 hours to most mainland UK addresses and Collect+ stores. You will be advised of the exact delivery timescale at checkout.
Can I choose a delivery slot to suit me?Yes, for most in-stock fashion, textiles and small household items you can choose a guaranteed delivery time to suit you:
- Morning (7am - 12pm)
- Afternoon (12pm - 5.30pm)
- Avoid school run (9.30am - 2.30pm)

Do you deliver evenings and weekends?Of course we do! The charges are as follows:
- Evening Delivery - £6.95
Monday - Friday, 5pm - 9pm. Order before 6pm the day before. Any orders on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
- Saturday delivery - £4.95
Order before 6pm Thursday and we'll deliver it on Saturday
Do I have to have it delivered to my house?No. We can deliver to another address if you like. Even multiple addresses if you prefer. Simply, access My Account and your Address Book, add your alternate address, then select this at checkout. Alternatively, why not arrange to collect your parcel from a store near home or work? Click on the Collect + logo below for details.
What if I miss my delivery?Don't worry if you miss the delivery, we will leave a card with contact details on it for you to call and arrange another delivery day.
Do you deliver to a work address?Yes we are able to deliver to most work addresses. So long as the driver can access the site easily and is able to leave the parcel with you or at a reception desk. Simply go to My Account, add the work address as your alternate address in Address Book and then select this at checkout.
Do you deliver overseas?We can only deliver parcels to addresses within the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. However, we can deliver smaller items to service personnel overseas through BFPO. There is no additional charge for delivery to these locations. For delivery within the rest of Europe, please visit our sister site www.littlewoodseurope.com

What happens if I'm out when you deliver?If you are out when your delivery arrives (and your items do not require a signature), we will aim to leave the goods in a safe and secure location. You can tell us your secure location using My Account.
Can I track my order?Yes. Simply go to My Account and we'll tell you how.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?Sometimes you will need to sign for your delivery. The checkout page will tell you when you order.
Do I have to pay extra for electrical goods?No, there is no extra charge for standard delivery on electrical goods. Most will be delivered free within 48 hours. If you want a specific time slot for delivery, additional costs will apply. See Can I choose a delivery slot to suit me? for details.
For larger electrical items that require a two man delivery, there is an increased standard delivery timeframe of two weeks which you will be informed of on the product page.
Do I have to pay extra for furniture?No, there is no extra charge for standard delivery on most furniture items. Most will be delivered free within 48 hours. If you want a specific time slot for delivery, additional costs will apply. See Can I choose a delivery slot to suit me? for details.

Do you install and remove kitchen appliances?Yes we do. We will deliver, connect and remove:
- Washing machines, washer dryers and dishwashers for £30. Usually completed within 3 days
- Free standing gas/dual fuel and electric cookers for £90. Usually within 14 days
For other electric cookers we offer delivery and removal for £15, usually within 3 working days.
Please make sure you tell us about removal when you order and ensure your old cooker is disconnected by a qualified person.
(Please note, we cannot remove New World, Belling, Stoves and Stoves Newhome cookers.)
For tumble dryers, fridges and fridge freezers we offer delivery and removal for £15, usually within 3 working days.
