Cover the merchandise, jewellery & bicycles bought from Littlewoods- A 2 year contract which runs alongside the manufacturer's guarantee and protects against accidental damage and theft
- Cover for Watches extends to include mechanical breakdown once the manufacturer's guarantee has expired
- Aim to repair within 5 days
- Aim to replace within 2 days
- If we can't replace we will provide a credit to account/cash settlement
- Cover extended whilst outside the UK for a period of not more than 30 days in any 12 months
What doesn't it do?
- It does not cover you if the manufacturers recommendations and instructions are not followed
- It will not cover you for damage that occurs if it is not caused by an accident
- If your item is stolen from a commercial vehicle, soft top or convertable
- If the item is stolen whilst left unattended in a public place
- It will not cover you for costs covered by your manufacturer's warranty
- Any accidental damage claim that is less than £20 for bikes, £10 for jewellery and £50 for merchandise
- For denting, scratching, chipping, fading or staining of the item of jewellery
- Any deliberate neglect or damage to your product
- Any damage that occurs to your product other than by an accident
