If something happens to your brand new phone and it can't be mended, we'll get you a replacement fast. We'll replace it if it gets stolen, too – because we know how important staying in touch is.
To cover a phone you've already bought, follow the 3 steps below:
- Step 1. Click on My Account.
- Step 2. Log in using your customer number.
- Step 3. At the foot of the page you'll see a message about covering your purchase with Mobile Phone Insurance. Click the 'find out more' link to take you to the policy page.
Hurry! You need to add Mobile Phone Insurance within 60 days of the date of purchase.

If you haven't bought your phone yet, feel free to continue shopping. We'll ask you if you'd like cover once you've added a phone to your basket.
