- Shopping insurance covers most of the things you buy from us against loss, theft or accidental damage for 3 years (they’ll be repaired or replaced).
- It could mean your account payments are taken care of in full if you fall sick, have an accident or lose your job.
- The cost of Shopping Insurance is 1.98% of your outstanding monthly balance - that means if your outstanding monthly balance was £100, Shopping Insurance would cost you £1.98 per month; likewise if your balance was £300, Shopping Insurance would cost you £5.94 per month.
- For Shopping Insurance to pay out a benefit to you of £100 per month, you would need to have a balance of £500, as it pays off 20% of your outstanding balance every 28 days (provided you are eligible to claim). On an outstanding balance of £500, Shopping Insurance would cost you £9.90 per month.
A quick guide to Life Event Plan
Life Event Plan could mean your account payments are taken care of in full if you fall sick, have an accident or lose your job
- The cost of Life Event Plan is 1.50% of your outstanding monthly balance - that means if your outstanding monthly balance was £100, Life Event Plan would cost you £1.50 per month; likewise if your balance was £300, Life Event Plan would cost you £4.50 per month.
- For Life Event Plan to pay out a benefit to you of £100 per month, you would need to have a balance of £500. On an outstanding balance of £500. Life Event Plan would cost you £7.50 per month.

Plan exclusions include a life event that happens within the first 90 days and any life event we reasonably believe you
