To protect an item you've already bought, follow the 3 steps below:

Step 1. Click on My Account.
Step 2. Log in using your customer number.
Step 3. At the foot of the page you'll see a message about protecting your purchase with a Replacement Guarantee. Click the 'find out more' link to take you to the policy page.

Hurry - you need to add your Replacement Guarantee within 60 days of the date of purchase.

If you're planning to buy a small electrical item and want to protect it, no problem. Just keep shopping and when you put the item in your basket, we'll ask you if you'd like to take out a Replacement Guarantee.
